Shipping and Risk of Loss

Elyxar Superfoods will try to ship your order as soon as possible after you complete it. However, the delivery or shipment dates that Elyxar Superfoods may give you are only estimates and may change. You also understand that some products may be out of stock or not ready for immediate delivery, and you will receive them when they are available. If your order is delayed more than 30 days from the date you ordered or the date Elyxar Superfoods gave you, Elyxar Superfoods will try to contact you. If Elyxar Superfoods cannot reach you or you do not want the item anymore, Elyxar Superfoods will cancel the order and refund your money. Elyxar Superfoods may not accept orders that have a delivery address outside the United States.
 

Sales Tax

Elyxar Superfoods is required to collect state and local sales tax on orders that are shipped to some states in the United States. Most items are subject to tax, but some states do not tax certain items, like food products. Some states also include the shipping and handling charges in the taxable amount, while others only tax the items. Elyxar Superfoods follows the rules of each state. The state and local taxes that apply to your order will be added to your final order total.
 

Payment Information

When you order products from the Websites, you agree to give only true, accurate, current, and complete payment information. By placing an order, you promise that the payment information you give is yours or that you are allowed to use it. Elyxar Superfoods can cancel your order or suspend or end your account if we think that you have given us wrong, outdated, fake, or incomplete payment information, or for any other reason that we, in our sole discretion, deem appropriate.
